We are looking for dynamic and fun Speech + Drama teacher to join our TIMARU team of teachers in 2019. GIANT LEAPS provides specialist Speech + Drama classes for young people of all ages and abilities. We teach our itinerant Speech and Drama programme in South Canterbury and North Otago schools and venues. Our teachers are responsible for building the confidence, creativity and communication skills of our students. We genuinely love what we do! Our incredibly talented, warm and energetic team are making a positive difference, everyday. Our classes are offered in some local schools during the school day and we also run after school classes Monday - Friday during school term time.
Hours and days of work are flexible and negotiable for the suitable applicant. 
Ideally you will be an experienced teacher passionate about Speech + Drama. An understanding or familiarity with the Speech New Zealand or Trinity College Speech + Drama syllabus is essential. A genuine interest and experience in working with children and their families is required. You will be supported every step of the way with comprehensive training, lesson plans, and professional development.

Our incredibly warm and energetic team of therapists are making a positive difference - everyday!  We are looking for a superstar Speech + Language Therapist to join our team.  Ideally you will be able to be based in Timaru or Ashburton. You will be providing specialised communication assessment and intervention to our clients. You will be expected to give advice and support to clients, family members, teachers, and external agencies. 
Hours and days of work are flexible and negotiable for the suitable applicant. 
Ideally you will be an experienced therapist with a genuine interest and experience in working with children and their families. You will need a tertiary qualification in Speech Language Therapy and be eligible for NZSTA membership. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills in this role as well as having a caring, person-centered attitude and high level of emotional maturity.
